    Dear Indira Prabhakaran

I am writing you this mail to inform you that i got one Job offer letter from NESTLE Company in Canada Calgary.

On 14th September i got a job offer letter from Nestle through one Mumbai based Agent named Mr Ranjit (Atmos Consultant Pvt Ltd.)

Then he applied for work permit for me and after two days he asked me to pay for Visa Fees 7,200 Rs. and Medical Insurance Claim policy. 7,500 Rs. then i recived one mail from him with a letter of work permit approval from Canadian high commission which i m going to attched in this mail.

And got another attached mail with LMO Certificate. from canadian embassy.

i got one appointment letter from Canadian High Commission on 5th October for stamping.

as i have some doubts on these documents. so i need to know what should i do plz suggest

It would be a great help from your side. to me.

    1. If it’s a genuine one, you will not be required to pay a penny out of your pocket. I doubt this :(. Also, have you been in contact with the employer yet? How about the application, interviews etc.,? Before paying anything, I suggest you verify the employer and the LMO certificate first.

      Indira Prabhakaran.

Would you please give me your advice as i am planning to apply for immigration to Canada, actually i work for the casino of Mauritius as slot supervisor. I have more than 20yrs of experience as supervisor. My wife is a qualified hairdresser and beautician with more than 4 yrs experience, i also work part-time for her in her own saloon. I have also followed a course as plumber. Is it secure for us to apply for migration to Canada. Will it be possible for us to get a job there. Actually i am 42 yrs old and my wife is 33yrs old.

    1. I suggest you do your own research on your occupations in Canada with the below tool.

I’m really inspired together with your writing skills as smartly as with the format in your weblog. Is this a paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Anyway stay up the nice high quality writing, it is uncommon to look a nice weblog like this one today..

    1. Thanks and this is not a paid theme. I modified it myself 🙂

    1. It definitely looks faulty for me! So, you have not communicated with the EMPLOYER at all? It sure is a fake thing and they are trying to put you in trouble. Please get out of this ASAP.

Canadian Embassy or high commission CANNOT issue work permits or LMO. HSRDC has to do that.

Hi Everyone, hope things are fine with you.

I have applied to FSW Program on 23-05-2013, but I did 2 mistakes, the first one that when I printed the Generic Application form i didn’t validate it, so there is no bar codes attached to it at all.
the second mistakes that i sent them my IELTS report result as a copy, not the original one.
What should i do to proceed further with my application, are they going to return my entire package?
or just ask me to fulfill the missing data later with some delays? and how normally the process take to give me a notification, also in case i want to sent the the corrected forms, where should i sent it?
Currently I live in Syria, and there is a war, it’s really hard to do all this issues with 100% concentration.
    Please advise, urgently.

    Thanks.

    Hello Indira,

From May 1st. 2014, there’s a new list of 50 occupation class for emigration to Canada under FSW.

I wish to know if this list of ‘new 50’ supercedes the earlier list & currently the only occupation classes available to migrate under or it is an extension to the earlier list. An example: NOC 0731 – Managers in transportation, and NOC 1215 – Supply chain, tracking, & scheduling coordination services, do not currently feature in the new list.

    Request clarification.

    With kind regards.

I applied for Canadian PR through FSW during the year 2013.
However my application was rejected stating that i didn’t make it with the cap of 300. ( i received a UCI no along with the rejected material.)
This year (2014), I have reapplied under the same category (2132 – Mechanical engg) and the document was sent by DHL on 11-Jun-2014, which was received by CIO on 16-jun-2014. my queries are as below.
    1) I have been sending mails to “CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca’ for the past two weeks with no reply. What could be the problem?
    2) can i log in to ECAS using the last year’s UCI no? will the uci No change for me from last year to this year.?
